Meet Alejandro Florez, the Systems Integrator Supervisor at Advanced Smart Systems Integration Inc. Alejandro has been working with Advanced Smart Systems Integration Inc. for the past two years and continues to have a promising future ahead.
It’s tough to put into words Alejandro’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring him on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for his efforts. Alejandro has established quite a reputation amongst employees who know him as well as among our customers.
Alejandro immigrated to Canada in 2017 from Columbia.
Alejandro attended Technologist University of Pereira and received his Electrical Engineer degree in 2014.
After immigrating to Canada, he attended Pat Apprenticeship Institute and received his degree of combined Network Cabling & Construction along with Electrical Maintenance in 2019.
As a professional, Alejandro’s biggest strength is that he pays careful attention to details and offers superior customer service. He is also a positive and encouraging team leader and an expert at low voltage system integration like security cameras and alarms.
We sincerely appreciate his ability to learn new technology and techniques and his dedication to the company. We also admire the fact that he goes above and beyond to serve customers.
We recall an instance where a customer needed a particular area of work completed first, which included dressing and terminations in a rack since the customer had work to do in that area. For this to happen, Alejandro had to rework his daily work schedule in the building. After he completed the job, the customer called the office and gave us a rave review on how happy he was with Alejandro’s work and what he did to accommodate their needs.
It is evident that Alejandro has genuine care and respect for Advanced Smart Systems Integration Inc., and we absolutely admire the integrity and commitment with which he works.
When we asked him why he likes working with us, he grinned and said: “ASSI has allowed me to work with confidence, and it is not just a job; it is a career that I can enjoy going to every day.”
